It's a first time visit at Velvet Magnolia. I was browsing and was greeted with a friendly smile from William. He made me feel very welcomed and was very professional. I was in awe at all the gorgeous array of unique products and impeccable displays created by owner Anne Lofton. The tea sets and silverware caught my eye! She kindly informed me of the variety of luxurious brands and was very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive to my wants and needs. Madison took all my information and was very sweet and polite. Everyone was very helpful. It was an awesome experience! I highly recommend Velvet Magnolia. It was a pleasant and luxurious experience. Thank you

We discovered Velvet Magnolia recently and it didn’t take long for us to choose a beautiful and comfortable sofa for our living room. Staff were welcoming and friendly and the price was just right! Thanks VM! ♥️

Every time I have gone to Velvet Magnolia it has been delightful. Their things are super & it's so fun to see what they have. My specialty is their candles!! I love poking around at Velvet Magnolia! It's a beautiful store filled with all kinds of treasures for the home. I always come home with a special find and inspired to make my space more beautiful. Harlingen is lucky to have such an elegant place to shop.

From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was something special. There’s so much to look at—you’ll definitely want to walk around a couple of times to take it all in. Everything is super well-curated, great quality, and reasonably priced. You can tell a lot of thought went into picking each item. Everyone who works there was really nice, welcoming, and happy to help. Just a great vibe all around. I can’t wait until the next visit!

This store is a hidden gem in Harlingen. They have a showcase of unique pieces. It is by far NOT a thrift furniture and home decor store. However, you should visit and see for yourself. I could not help these items, which I knew would give my newly renovated from the flood house, the warmth I needed to soothe my soul. 💙 The flower on the wall, the pouring crystal jug, and the turquoise clam shell with pearls S&P shakers (that last one was a true impulse buy). 😉

Their selection of home décor, furniture, and gifts is truly exceptional, and you can tell everything is chosen with care. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is always kind and helpful. If you want pieces that bring beauty and charm into your home, this is the place. Five stars!

I had a terrific experience with Velvet Magnolia. The furniture is beautiful and Anne and all the employees have been extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They took care of everything for me and I could tell they really cared. Start to finish, this was a great experience and I love the finished product. I highly recommend Velvet Magnolia!

This is such a cool place I'd never been here before but I definitely will be returning! Everyone is so friendly and you felt like you were part of the family there. My mom and I have been looking forever for just the right piece to go above our kitchen cupboards and guess what we found it there! I also found this really cool felted penguin! It's so cute. I wanted to keep it for myself but my sister does felting also, so I will likely give it to her! They had the cutest pillow there.. I am not a dog lover, but a cat lover.. if u r a dog lover, you need to definitely go check it out..cool, one of a kind pieces. Also, lovely linens..
